Football: Designing the Beautiful Game

A large-scale exhibition revealing the untold design story of the world’s most popular sport. Featuring over 500 exhibits, the exhibition explores how designers and architects have pushed the game to its technical and emotional limits, providing a behind-the-scenes of football as sport and spectacle. Produced in partnership with the National Football Museum in Manchester, the exhibition includes rarely seen treasures from across the game’s history as well as work by contemporary architects, designers and artists including Eduardo Souto de Moura, Herzog & De Meuron, Juergen Teller, Martine Rose and Douglas Gordon.
